CYNTRA is London's leading Social Housing Procurement Consortium. Owned by the sector, we help Members employ the most suitable procurement techniques to save them money. We support members with every aspect of procurement and asset maintenance; our Service Themes are highlighted below. They are brought together through CYNTRA's SUPPORT CYCLE (CSC). Each stage in CSC gives us the opportunity to add value to a Member's processes and save them money. We use a range of software and customer relationship managers to develop an asset management and procurement strategy built with Members which addresses their needs. We are supported by the Homes and Communities Agency and the National Change Agent for Housing.

Fire Risk Assessment, Digital television and property specialists

Specialist services developed at our members' request include Fire Risk Assessment, preparations for Digital TV in 2012 and the provision of property and contract specialists.

We help with project management and services such as contract preparation and valuations. Our people can carry out open book reviews or detailed evaluations of a contract's management to find more savings or simply ensure the promised savings are delivered.
